Purchase process
STEP 1：Submit product images or links

We support links shared from any shopping app, such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Temu, and Shein — as well as image links.
Even if you come across a product on Instagram or TikTok, as long as it’s sourced from China, we can help.

After submitting the link, please remember to contact our customer service on WhatsApp. Once the product is uploaded to our website, we’ll notify you right away.

You can also contact our customer service directly and simply tell us what product you’re looking for.

Please note: medicines and food products cannot be shipped.

STEP 2：Payment methods

We do not accept cash on delivery. We cannot bear the risk of order cancellations during transportation, as this would cause us to lose both the product cost and the shipping fee.

After the product is uploaded, please place your order directly. No online payment is required on the website. Please make sure to provide a correct phone number — our Lebanon agent will contact you to collect the payment.

STEP 3：Inspection 
We will carefully inspect your products, including the color, size, appearance, any visible damage, and whether they function properly. We will send you photos or videos for confirmation. If you are not satisfied, we can return the items to the supplier. > > After your confirmation, we will ship the products to Beirut. > > For items such as auto parts, we are unable to test their functionality. In these cases, we can only confirm the appearance and model with you.
STEP 4：transportation

Air freight takes approximately 15 days, and sea freight takes approximately 60 days to arrive in Beirut.

All product prices already include shipping and customs clearance fees from China to Lebanon. Based on the product’s weight and volume, we will recommend either air freight or sea freight.

Once the products arrive in Beirut, our local agent will contact you. You may choose to pick up the goods yourself, or request delivery to your address (in this case, the local delivery fee in Lebanon will be charged separately).

If you are purchasing large quantities, please contact our customer service and inform us in advance. A colleague responsible for wholesale orders will assist you. At present, we only accept orders from customers in Lebanon. For customers from other countries, customs clearance service is not guaranteed.
